Rooms were comfortable quiet and comfortable quiet, staff were COMPETENT. Loved air conditioner and 32-inch flat-screen TVs with HBO in the room.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a decent place for staying in Memphis. Queen room had a private safe, cable channels and a work desk, everything worked for us. Give kudos to valet.

We greatly enjoyed staff and service, they were wonderful. Our room was with a bathtub, a plus for us.

Beds were uncomfortable.
